Because our products include temperature-sensitive, lyophilized laboratory compounds (such as Synedica Retatrutide 40mg and Synedica Tirzepatide 60mg), specific return conditions apply to preserve chemical safety and integrity.

Overview of Return Rules

Due to the sensitive nature of scientific peptides and lab supplies, unopened and undamaged items in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return or replacement within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Opened Products: Any vial or pre-filled device (e.g., caneta Synedica) with broken seals or damaged tamper-proof indicators cannot be returned due to safety protocols.

  • Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your package.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if you received an incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged/incorrect item.

  2. Email support@synedicalabs.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos.

  3. Once verified, Synedica Labs will immediately ship a free replacement batch or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For international shipments outside the United Kingdom (including shipments to South America / Brazil):

  • Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported research compounds comply with local regulatory guidelines.

  • Reshipment Guarantee: If an international package is lost in transit or seized prior to delivery due to courier failure, Synedica Labs offers a one-time complimentary reshipment to ensure customer satisfaction (envio seguro e garantido para o Brasil).

Once an authorized return is received and inspected at our UK hub:

  1. We will send an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  3. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.
